Registered Sex Offender List - Clay County

Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 589, the Clay County Sheriff's Department maintains a list of registered sex offenders residing in Clay County who are required to register under section 589.400 RSMo. A list of registered sex offenders is being offered on this web site as public service to citizens who may need this information for the protection and well-being of their families.

This list contains the names of registered sex offenders who reside in Clay County only.

Although every effort is made to keep this list accurate and current, the Sheriff's Department can not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Offenders may have moved and failed to notify the Sheriff or local Law Enforcement agency as required by law. Contact the Sheriff's Department or local Law Enforcement for verification of an offender's status.
