What is this site about?

On November 3rd, 2009, the Clay County Sheriff's Office conducted an investigation regarding recovered property. This web site is an effort to reach out to the population in order to return the property to its rightful owners.

We have recovered numerous items such as construction equipment, chainsaws, power tools, lawn equipment, cars and trucks, etc.

The Clay County, Missouri Sheriff's Office is leading the investigation.

 

What can I do if I believe that you may have recovered some of my property?

The Clay County Sheriff's Office has prepared a form which you can fill out and send to us. An investigator will contact you and advise you whether any of your property was recovered in this investigation.
