Kevin Graham, County Counselor
The County Counselor is an attorney, appointed by the County Commission, who
serves as the County’s attorney in all aspects of direct legal counsel,
mental health, assessment litigation, claims litigation, legislative counsel,
and delinquent tax enforcement.
